These shoes are good in the water, but not for around the pool area. Sole is light weight so little resistance in water. Lining is designed to come out to dry, but also not much cushion if you are using these to walk to beach or pool area. The tops of shoe expands for comfort so very little support. Shoes for a couple of swim days a year, but wouldn't want to wear all day at a water park.

I picked these up last minute for a camping trip and my husband ended up loving them much more than imagined . They were comfortable , stayed on his feet . His only gripe was that the insoles do slide around a little so he ended taking those out . These are going into our gear as his staple water shoe till they are worn out .

These shoes were purchased for use in the pool during aqua zumba. They cushioned my feet and fit well.I wear an 8.5 and bought a size 39. I did experience some slipping on the pool floor when first worn. Scuffing up the soles some before using might have helped.

I ordered these shoes, after reading reviews, to wear in aquatics classes. I ordered my usual size, 8.5, but they were too large -- a bit too long and especially too wide for my medium width feet. They did not provide as much support as other shoes I have purchased for aqua classes. I have been wearing water shoes from Lands End, but they discontinued the style I like. Upon returning these shoes, I found some sturdier ones in stock at Target for $25.

I bought these for a kayak trip. I wear a normal size 9 so I sized down 1/2 size. They are still to big. Going to return them for a size 8. Other than the sizing I love them. They are cute. Drain holes look to be completely open. They are comfortable just by walking in them in my house. Will update after the trip as I am going to order again.

These will allow beach sand to enter, but these were great for the rocky / pebble beaches! Saved my feet! That's my review.

They actually fit! I wore them for an hour to small they are a size 9/39 I am returning them and I hope size 10 will work Very comfortable.

I bought these for a river float trip and they were perfect! They fit comfortably, not too tight and not lose. Slip on and off were a breeze. I am not sure if they would keep the sand out at a beach, but they were perfect for what I use them for.

Good shoes and good fit. Comfortable while walking and stay on unlike the others always slipping off at heel! The sizing may run too small or too large for some users.

Just recently started doing water aerobics and the instructor recommended I get pool shoes for added support. These are great. They are just a little bit big but that's ok.

Took them to the beach. As you can see in the photo, one of the shoes did not last the time out there and had tears and the band broke (which you need to secure the shoe to your foot). I was not thinking this was a one time only shoe and am disappointed with the quality.

Bought these for our Hawaii trip and after a couple of times wearing them in the water I started getting holes in the top by the toes. while they are comfortable they fill up with sand and you have to take the shoes off to get it out. So pretty much a waste of money
