Best bang-for-$ price ratio of any chatbot platform

I love that it's so easy to integrate with our other systems - Salesforce and Slack are built right in! We were looking at many different options when we came across quick reply, and have been very happy since then. The customer service has also been top notch from day one! There was nothing about this product or implementation process that didn't go well. They're really great people who make sure you feel like they genuinely care for your success as an organization too - not just their own…

Great tool for instant messaging and online sales

I like that it's easy to set up with multiple channels (we use Facebook Messenger). The chatbot feature can be used in many different ways depending upon what you're trying achieve - whether its just simple customer service or more complex tasks such as order fulfilment etc! It would help if there was an option of setting custom permissions so we could have certain people able access only specific features/channels but this isn't something i've seen mentioned anywhere else either which makes…
