I have to say I had high hopes for the Quiksilver Union Amphibian Youth 19 Shorts and while they met most of my expectations, they didn't quite do the job. First of all, these dream blue shorts look absolutely stunning - they look like nothing I've seen before. The material is lightweight, breathable and dries quickly, making them perfect for a day at the beach or kayaking.
