The small bags are slightly more expensive, but the large bags are priced close to most other large hay bags. It seems less dusty than most other brands and it looked and smelled very fresh. I personally didn't eat anything so can't vouch for the taste but our rabbit ate two small packets in under two days so I feel comfortable giving it 5 stars for the taste. I bought this to try and judging by how much the bunny liked it it will get bigger after eating what we have on hand.

This is the first time I have bought hay from the rabbit hole. I was initially skeptical so I bought a small bag of Timothy's first cut hay. It was very good! My bun is happy! Chew like crazy. The hay is green, the stem is long, it doesn't contain much powder/chunks, which is the most important part for me, because in my experience, there is a lot of hay powder in a box, which is a waste of money. . My sweet little guinea fowl love this hay. I have fed them old hay for years but my wonderful vet told me about rabbit hole hay and now I understand why. The quality of each piece of hay is greatly improved. It's a bit more expensive but I TRUST the quality and my piglets love it MUCH more than Oxbow hay.
