Fiction! in Wellness & Relaxation

Can't say enough about these massage balls. I have bad lactic acid knots in my shoulder blades and cramps in the middle of my back when I lie down after a hard day's work. I put them on any areas that hurt and lie on them until I fall asleep, very relaxing. I ordered 4 sets, great for rolling off tired feet

Doesn't replace a tennis ball, but using it after a tennis ball relaxes my back a bit.

Fairly good. I believe that the tennis ball is still indispensable for deep tissue massage. After that, these spiked balls strengthen or penetrate deeper into the muscles. Cons: I weigh 170 pounds and after putting on a medium purple ball it was as soft as a blue ball. The spikes are still harder, but the ball itself is just as easy to squeeze and crush as soft blue.

Not suitable for foot massage

Bought this product for foot massage. The balls are too hard and too big to effectively massage the feet. A ball the size and softness of a racquetball would be much better for foot massage. Not worth the price, just buy a racquetball and it will work much better. My physiotherapist and yoga teacher also recommends racquetball. I should have consulted her before buying. I will be returning these PVC massage balls. They also smell funny.
