Great Control for Digital Voice Recording

This recorder control is a game changer! My analysis of this product showed that it made digital voice recording a breeze. It enhanced my recordings with the feature to play, pause, record and rewind my audio files without any interruption. Plus, it works with a variety of devices. My only wish is that it had more controls for advanced users.

Pros
  • Easy to use, enhances recordings, compatible with many devices.
Cons
  • Limited controls for advanced users.

Great recording tool!

I've been in law enforcement or private investigation for over 33 years and Radio Shack makes the best affordable phone recorders on the market. They take crystal clear recordings and they tend to be easier to read than the phone call itself!

Pros
  • Connects to any audio recorder with remote and mic jacks
Cons
  • Poorly designed

Poor performance.: Portable Audio & Video

I had high hopes for this recorder but was very disappointed with its performance. It's easy to set up. Just plug it into any phone jack in your house and it will record when the line is in use (assuming it's connected to a working recording device, of course). So both sides of the call are recorded, but the end of the callee is so faint that it's barely audible. Caller volume is satisfactory, but the level difference is too big to be useful. I'm sorry, that won't help. Returned.

Pros
  • Automatically starts the recorder when the handset or phone is picked up
Cons
  • Some issues
