The pressure on this head is slightly higher which helps reduce the need for higher water pressure to use it. The currents are pleasant and even and feel good on the skin. This is a nice big shower head. I was trying to find an oiled bronze for my master bathroom makeover but couldn't find one that looked like good quality at a reasonable price. This black goes well with the other of my lights. However, no wall pipe is supplied and my pipe is chrome plated. This is a nice looking shower head that fits my existing shower head with no problems. I have gray tile in my bathroom, it's like worn bronze so it looks good. My shower head is nickel plated and you can see how they look together in the attached photo. Due to the tilt of the shower head, you only see the bottom, so I feel like it can be paired with almost any color.
