RAM Mount Double Socket RAM 201U Review

. The hands are held in place where you tighten them. They hold up very well. I use them to mount Ag Leader monitors in tractor and combine cabs. The monitors have some weight and these mounts, along with the ball mount you use to attach them to the cockpit, hold up very well and stay where you put them. i love their products.

RAM mounts are a great product. They immediately tell you they're durable and will stand the test of time, which is especially nice when you're jumping on the water. The ball joint idea is genius in that it makes it very easy to take out and put the gear back in. I recommend RAM mounts for any application they will work in.

I am very satisfied with my ram mount. I bought it with a 2 1/2 base and a universal fish finder mount. This is a great system that I highly recommend. The construction is rock solid and the mount is very strong. It's really handy to be able to make an infinite number of settings. Connecting cables just got easier, and you can dial in the perfect viewing angle no matter where you sit. It is also very easy to remove. Everything is done with a large wing nut.

Mainly made of metal and attached to a 1 1/2" ball at both ends. A bit heavy but I like it that way. It won't break. The Handle on the side tightens really well and will hold the fish finder in whatever position you put it in.
