I like most how to use it so easy in any scenario with very little training or experience required! Some features are not as user friendly (as compared w/ other competitors), but they have been working hard at improving them over time. Great Solution for Sage 100 & Sage X3 Integration

The ease of customization to our specific business needs! There was so much flexibility in what we could do with it compared other products I have used previously as well as current competitors who are offering similar services/products - but not at such low costs for us small businesses. The best thing about this software is its flexibility to integrate different types of data from multiple systems/platforms into one system with ease. It's not so easy when you want to use it for only few platforms or applications but if your business has more than one application using same platform then it will be great.
