Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that this stamp disappoints. While the design is cute, the ink does not transfer well and leaves a splotchy image. The only pro is the archival quality, but that's not enough to make up for the lackluster performance.

This ink was terrible. I tried it with 2 different brands and 3 papers. I hardly saw it. I tried to return it but was not eligible for a refund. I threw it away. I will no longer use this brand.

I am very happy with this stamp pad. It's a beautiful colour, a soft yellow gold that shows up well on white paper but isn't too dark or muddy. I often use it for decorative elements on postcards I make for my volunteer work. I bought a couple of cushions in different colors from this range and this is probably my favorite color.
