Not worth the hype in my review

As a loyal Arts and Crafts enthusiast, I gave this inkpad a fair chance, but it fell short of my expectations. As a result of my tests, I determined that the ink didn't dry as quickly as advertised, leading to smudging and ruined projects. The one positive aspect is that the color is bold, but it's not enough to make up for the negatives. For the price, I expected higher quality and was disappointed.

Pros
  • Long-lasting and resistant to fading
Cons
  • Some users have reported the ink being too light or not dark enough

Ranger makes high quality inks

I expected this swab to arrive completely dry. This usually happens when I order ink pads online. I was pleasantly surprised as this rug is nice and damp. Clean stamps and red rubber stamps made a very good impression. I would order from this seller again anytime.

Pros
  • Permanent on matte and gloss papers, air dry on matte surfaces and heated on gloss surfaces

Absolutely overpriced!

This is without a doubt the WORST ink pad I have ever seen. The top photo is a matte postcard stamp in French ultramarine archival ink. Pictured below is the same stamp used on the same matte paper with a cheap nameless purple ink pad. This is not an accident. I have checked this many times. I even tried Leaf Green Archival Ink to make sure it was just a defective pad. nope! Leaf Green was just as bad, if not worse. Do yourself a favor and use VersaFine ink pads. They work!

Pros
  • Acid Free Non Toxic Waterproof
Cons
  • Expensive
