I ordered it and when it arrived it seemed completely dry. Of course, it didn't work for embossing. Called customer service and they told me it was non-refundable but kindly offered to send another one. Having the same problem today! The pad is almost dry and the stumps cannot get enough embossing glue. What is the probability that I will receive 2 defective pads? Very disappointed.

Well I was very happy about that but unfortunately one of them was dry. I was looking forward to this as I wanted to make some postcards for my colleagues as I work in the healthcare industry and wanted to give them something nice. I can't return it due to the situation and my time. I am trying to get a replacement but it said this item cannot be replaced. I understand because of the time but that's a shame I can't even get a refund for the dry one. Or at least let me know how it works

I had never used this product before so I didn't know what to expect. It didn't smell, it felt a little sticky. However, after using it a few times, after closing it and not using it for a few days, I opened it up and found that the surface of the pad was covered with small gray spots that looked like mold. I came to RangerInk and they told me that based on the barcode this ink pad was made in 2006 and is "much older than the estimated use date". It didn't stick to anything I was trying to…
