Works great, sounds loud and clear. Didn't get the chrome version as ordered but was in dire need of a replacement as my Astatic was starting to go haywire.

I have owned many different brands of static microphones in my 25 years of driving and this microphone is by far the best I have ever owned. I get compliments on how I sound all the time and it's nice, heavy and solid so it doesn't feel like Chinese crap. I definitely recommend this seller and will deal with him again.

Pros: Looks crisp and sounds fantastic! There is a weight inside that can be removed if you want to make it lighter. Rubber pad to avoid knocking out teeth with a grill. Cons: You have to get pretty close for the audio to be loud and clear. It's not a problem for me, but some people don't like having the mic close to their face. If you prefer to keep the mic at a distance while speaking, this mic is not for you.
