Pros: Looks sharp and sounds fantastic! There is a weight inside that can be removed if you want to make it lighter. Rubber pad to avoid knocking out teeth with a grill. Cons: You have to get pretty close for the audio to be loud and clear. It's not a problem for me, but some people don't like having the mic close to their face. If you prefer to keep the mic at a distance while speaking, this mic is not for you.
