Product arrived, looked at, returned and bought Tumbler 18. The media tray was a different color (orange vs blue) than pictured not that it matters but if they can't once showing the current (correct) product in the list, how can you trust anything else!

I was a little hesitant to buy this glass, thinking that given the low price it would not be very good. I've been using it almost every day since I bought it two months ago. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. First, it's very quiet compared to a more commercial unit that I've replaced after 11 years.
