I Couldn't get a hold of the support. Once I got my hair delivered it was super easy to assemble btw I realized the right arm rest would not lock into a raised position which was kind of upsetting until I sat in the chair and realized I would be most comfy with it down anyways. None the less very well worth the money and super comfortable. But I will be still trying to get a hold of razor support to get a new arm rest sent out

I've been sitting in an AK Racing chair for a few years. Preferring cloth imitation leather or whatever you call it, so when this chair went on sale I got it. The lumbar support is amazing and for once I am really sitting correctly with proper circulation in my legs. If you really want to, you can remove the arms too since they are only bolted into the chair base. This is my best purchase of 2022!

For reference I am 6'1" and weigh 250lb. I actually got this chair for my workplace office. I spend about 60-75% of my 8hr workday in this chair, and this chair feels great. I went for a gaming chair because I prefer how gaming chairs generally force me to sit correctly, while also allowing me to sit for long periods of time. Great quality. The green color theme might not suit everyone's taste, and there are no other color options available. I think it’s just a little too firm and the fabric bunches up a bit from just sitting day 1

Overall a nice gaming chair. The fabric is way nicer then I was expecting and I don't get hot sitting in it all day. It's a little too firm (might need to sit in it a little longer to soften it up) and I DO NOT like the "wings" on the sides of the seat. Don't get this if you set cross-legged, one-legged, or sideways.
