Generally a decent tablet. If you need processor speed, look elsewhere. The Samsung Tab E is much better. I have an RCA Viking Pro 10" 2-in-1 tablet, a 11.6" RCA Gallileo 2-in-1 tablet and a 9.6" Samsung Galaxy Tab E. Both RCA tablets are boxed and unused. I use Tab E almost all the time and have no complaints. .

This tablet is quite slow from the start. It lags when typing, using apps, etc. Used for 1 year and now the charging port won't charge. Tried different cables, better placed plug, etc. The charging icon flashes on the screen but it never fills. The battery is empty and cannot be switched on. The battery also drained when it was switched off. When we switched off the tablet after previous use, the battery was empty, even if only a few days had passed. No "miniHDMI connector" as listed in product description. If the 2019 model is the same but doesn't have a miniHDMI connector, I WILL SEND IT BACK when I receive it on 10/01/2019. I will gift it to my mother-in-law as she doesn't need a miniHDMI port

I'm a little disappointed with this purchase. It says USB ports, but they aren't, I repeat, no! This was the main reason I bought this item for a USB port for my flash drive / UPDATE: There is a micro USB port but no regular USB or micro HDMI port on the device.

Purchased in March. I mainly use it for streaming and it works well if you don't want to stream HBO. Last night I noticed something crawling over the top of the screen. So far it's about 2 inches long and I'm worried about it getting bigger and hiding everything I want to do. . It has a micro USB port that I can use with a converter, but no HDMI. I have a 7 inch RCA that has never given me any problems and I ended up throwing some away.

This tablet is not an advertised model as it does not have an HDMI or microphone jack as stated in the specifications. Numerous attempts to interact with customer support resulted in their not responding to short, joking, unanswered replies. try to understand the situation!

Bought for my 83 year old mother. She had one before that lasted for years. It doesn't stay on and the screen keeps scrolling up and down. Now she has nothing. Very disappointed as she only received it two months ago. I wish someone would service and replace the products they sell when they are defective. Kind regards
