I liked it because it was unlocked by GSM, it's only been that good a few days so far, the only thing that bothers me is that it seems to have a really warm feeling when talking about it. I don't know if that's normal with this phone.

The phone came on the first day after the battery died, all we saw after that was the RCA sign, nothing else. My son went online to see if he needed a reset but couldn't get him to go into recovery mode to reset it. Now I'm losing money and no phone.

Nice phone. It comes with the accessories pictured. The battery was partially charged so I was able to set up my MintMobile SIM right away. Don't overload with unnecessary apps. For me it is the second cell phone. Battery life is important and I will update the review if needed. Seems to transition seamlessly from app to app with no lag. I bought an unlocked Blu phone which was terrible in that regard. So far so good 👍

I have been running this phone for 3 weeks and have been on the phone back and forth with customer service reps and my carrier but we can't get this phone to ring all incoming calls, best to speak direct Post. Also, the phone doesn't notify me when I get messages, forcing me to constantly check my phone for messages. Finally, the phone will not connect to my car system via bluetooth.
