Setting up the device on Windows 8.1 was easy. Drivers are not needed, when connecting USB it appears as a game controller. I was able to calibrate it on Windows with no problem, but depending on the simulator you're using, this may not be necessary as both liftoff and DRL had in-game calibration and tuning that worked very easily.
