Because I don't use them to read books. I only use them for very quick use at work. And if I don't have my contacts, I never need them. But I usually keep them for at least 6 hours. And I have to look at the iPhone to follow commands. So for the price getting 4 of these is a huge plus! And as stated in one of the negative reviews. frame quality. But if you need them to read. Buy really good glasses. And pay over $50!

My reading eyesight requires a certain diopter of glasses. I need close-ups in different locations, some of them outdoors. With reading glasses, I often run the risk of losing them (e.g. falling out of my pocket when I fold them down) or having to remove the reading glasses somewhere else. With four pairs of glasses for a very reasonable price, I can leave a pair of glasses wherever I need close-up vision. I work in medical transcription and I love these glasses! They are incredibly comfortable thanks to the spring hinges and the lenses are just the right size for my field of vision when working on the computer. I was able to clean them with lens cleaning tissues and the lenses hold up well and don't fog up like some of the inferior readers I've had. I will save them on my favorites list and order again but maybe not too soon as I think the 4 pairs I have will last a long time. I highly recommend
