Great tool for improving customer experience

The ability to track user responses in near real time, as well as the ability for users to see their own performance. As with most tools that help track customer feedback this can be difficult to implement when it comes to getting people onboarded. I would recommend working closely with your marketing team or support teams to make sure you understand how they would like to use this tool so you are not left trying to figure out what works best without any guidance.   • I like the ability for users to see their own performance on the platform and receive feedback from colleagues on a real time basis
Cons
  • I dislike that the tool is a bit finicky when it comes to user onboarding there needs to be much more guidance to ensure the tool is working for users and not confusing them
