The USB charging ports are not working.

I bought 10 of these outlets with USB and USB-C charging ports and the electrician installed them throughout the house; I installed 2 outlets in each bedroom, living room, kitchen etc so I can charge my phone and/or tablet in any room. They look great, but NONE OF THE USB CHARGING PORTS WORK. The 3-pin socket provides power, but NONE OF THE USB or USB-C CHARGING PORTS ARE WORKING.

Doesn't work with Macbook Pro and USB doesn't charge in all.

Got them and my electrician installed them. After 1 week, USB-c is not charging my MacBook Pro in most of the 10 devices and only some USB-b are working. don't buy them as they are poorly made. I'm hoping for a refund from Amazon but I need to take it off and find a replacement which I put away in the garage. It will take some time. Save yourself a lot of time and DO NOT buy them.

Doesn't go well with old single metal boxes and couldn't get faceplates to work

In my experience these are: old sockets (grounded) so if you're trying to upgrade an old metal box stick them out a little further and it creates a gap between the front panel and the wall. The head of the screw that attaches to the junction box is sticking out too far for the bezel bracket that comes with the kit (see image) so the bezel mounting plate is not secure.
