I have ordered 4 of these kits. 3 are ok and look good. I used a matching 40R16 filament bulb (yes I know it's not LED but there still isn't a good dimmable warm white option in this size for bulbs like this). But the 4th block was bad. Apparently it has been used before. The mechanism was bent, the insulation on one of the wires was peeled off in one place. It would be a fire hazard if I put it in.
