more than we originally planned to spend but definitely worth the money. We had several embers and a log, but the floor was not damaged thanks to the protection of this carpet. Cats like it with fire, dogs without fire, so anything goes. Looks great and fits perfectly into our interior.

This is a beautiful and well made rug. However, it is made in such a way that the edges never lie flat. We folded it in the opposite direction leaving it with the sides still curling. Plow and Stove is usually better than that. We'll keep the carpet but are a little disappointed in the quality from a quality company.

I am very happy with this rug. Not only does it look exactly like the picture online, but it also arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There is no unpleasant odor, it is thick and comfortable, lays on perfectly evenly. It's not "slip" so it moves a little on our hardwood floors, but my only regret is that we didn't purchase it BEFORE my husband let a wayward piece of hot wood burn our beautiful bamboo floor!
