We bought this for my mother in-law as a replacement for her old chair and I am so happy we did. This chair was easy to set up, it is beautiful and functional. She was so excited and wanted everyone to sit in it so they can try out all the bells and whistles. This heated massage chair is soft and comfortable and was a great price. Thank you

Fast delivery, assembly wasn't bad but the 'left' arm had an "R" on it so I put it on the wrong side initially. The cup holders may be too shallow, causing drinks to spill.

So far so good , cord for the controls could be one foot longer a comfortable chair does what it supposed to do That's my feedback.

This was a gift for my 5' 1" mothers bedroom. Since living with me, she would retreat to her room to watch her shows or read while laying on her bed. I felt like she would enjoy the chair and it was better for her health to sit upright. We've hardly seen her since Christmas. She's been taking full advantage of the massage feature. I would recommend this product.

Product did not work properly. It reclines well but will not heat or massage. However the company did try to solve the problem. They tried a few things then offered a full refund. I wouldn't say Don’t give the company a try. I honestly think it was just one of those rare moments. They talked to me the whole way directly. Great customer service.

I love this chair! I would recommend you buying it for anyone who needs an extra lift getting up. Looks good and is very comfortable for a small to medium person. I am 5'3 and it fits me well. The only surprise I got was a nice one; It was delivered a week before I excepted it to be. I recommend this chair and to the seller, thank you.

I like this chair very much for sitting straight, leaning back, massage or getting up which the chair can help you do May not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions requiring medical-grade seating.

This was a gift for a family member recovering from surgery. He loves the chair. It is so comfortable and the power lift is making his life so much easier.

This power lift reclining chair is wonderful. The red color is not bright at all and more like a brownish red.The only bad part is it doesn't have cup holders which I was looking forward to. It is soooo comfortable. The heat and massage features are wonderful for those little aches & pains. This chair is worth your purchase.

It's a little flimsy and it doesn't rock which was a little disappointing. Also the massage function is laughable you can barely feel anything just hear a loud vibration motor. Heating is nice though

It's still early but assembly was easy. There are some marks on the arm fabric. Some pieces of the chair came through both boxes but there doesn't seem to be any damage. You may want to look into a heavier packaging.

This chair is soft, comfy to relax in, and it seems well made. However, I wish that somewhere I would have been told that it does not rock. The incline is great but not rocking is truly the ONLY downside to this chair. Overall I will be happy with it but I got it for my nursery. This is why I needed it to rock.

The chair came in two separate boxes. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. The chair is very sturdy and safe. The backrest is just a bit too short so you will need a neck pillow when you are reclined. But for the price the chair is a great value. The massage feature is very nice.

I bought the chair for my 88 year old mom and it works to help her stand easily. As for the heat, you barely feel it and the massage is not the best. The mechanics of the chair as far as lying back and going back to a standing position works fine and that was what she needed.

This chair seemed easy to assemble but appeared to lean as it went up and down. I thought that was how it was until my mom who had a hip replacement almost fell! Not good quality very disappointed. Not sure if it was a defect or something but I have to send this back & I have to pay to send it back with a ton of instructions on how they want it sent back. Helpful gift gone wrong!

Power reclining plus power head rest amazing.Bonus it’s a lift chair too. Don’t really need but great for when the in laws come over. Very good quality furniture we saved $1,000 buying this product versus the furniture store. Glad we decided to try.
