Vehicle Security Camera Technology

The instructions weren't the best. I connected as directed, the camera did not appear on screen. I had to connect 12V+ to the reverse trigger. Next I had to clip the declared reverse trigger to the head unit.

Excellent quality. Neat landing.

Works as advertised. The video quality is better than some rear cameras I've seen. However, the figure could be better. Every time I drive a truck, I have to keep pushing the body back into place. Ease of installation.

Car backup camera mount

The picture quality is better than some factory cameras I've seen. The bevel fits well but not great. You will need to purchase a replacement double-sided foam tape as factory attached to the original grip to ensure a tight fit. You will also want to solder the connections.

Great addition to older cars

Easy to install. The quality of the bezel is not the best. The mounting clips broke fairly easily. I put double sided tape on all edges and trimmed it. Holds great now. No drilling required. Many cables to connect to the head unit. Although the quality of the plastic was not desirable, this is a great device and I would still recommend it.

Easy installation and good picture quality. (2005 Silverado)

It was surprisingly easy to install. To route the wire through the tailgate and out the pre-existing hole in the bottom corner next to the taillight, I had a thin filler rod (I'm sure a wire hanger would work too), stuck it through the hole and came out where the handle is. Glue the joint on to secure and peel back. After that everything goes as usual, laying the wires and fixing the excess.
