Redken Frizz Dismiss Hair Holiday Review

I don't quite understand what "transparency" is. As we age and our hair turns gray, it becomes frizzy. I use this shampoo every time I shower and brush it with another Redken product that also fights frizz. Together they work!

I love this shampoo but it must have been dropped or accidentally cut(?) and there is a 2 inch nick along the bottom seam. A few ounces of shampoo spilled all over the box and entire bottle. I've tried wrapping the slit but nothing seems to stick to it. I wouldn't mind except that it's a fairly expensive brand and it could go bad or get bacteria in the bottle The product itself is great and the shipping was excellent but the sore will only get worse over time and the product will most likely go

This is supposed to be a "new" sulfate-free shampoo, but in a different packaging. Not correct! It doesn't dry out your hair at all. Try finding an old gray bottle if you really want a real Frizz Dismiss. Don't like changes. It's always annoying when manufacturers change their product.

The scent of this product is by far the best. My hair is very thick and I have weird mixed hair, the scalp gets a little greasy and the ends a little dry. It's very annoying when trying to balance the shampoo. I tried this one because I was really hoping for a miracle on a muggy Chicago summer. It helps, of course, but not as much as I'd like. I have very thin hair. It is also very dry, prone to brittleness and breakage. The new formula has damaged my hair. I started using Redken Frizz Disnis 5 years ago. I am allergic to sulfates and this line of products seems to work wonders for me. Shampoos usually cause eczema flare-ups and for some reason this is less of a bother. Life in Florida is always a challenge. I wouldn't say it gets rid of all frizz, but it certainly makes it more manageable than most shampoos I've tried. My hair always looks smooth and shiny and stays that way for longer. It never feels like it has leftovers or is heavy. My stylist has complained about this with many other brands
