Honestly this product is not the best. The seal around the nozzle leaks a lot. In addition, it is difficult to actually let the water out.

This is a great jug for my travels. I filled it with water and ran for several hours with virtually no leaks, unlike my other jugs. When I need to clean it, it's easy with that huge lid opening and it has the perfect flow for washing hands and more. Could not be better

Leaks. Very poor quality control. There was plastic in the packaging. Surfaces have plastic ridges that prevent a good seal with caps. Very poor plastic seam welding makes this design poor for production as the seams run right down the middle of both lid holes. Finishing can be corrected by mechanically smoothing the surface of the covers openings, removing approximately 1mm of material.

Tried both gaskets supplied and it leaks from the packaging. A large fill leak comes out when set to use the spout. It comes out around the lid. I couldn't find any burrs, but it looks like there's a groove at the seam joining the two halves that allows water to seep through no matter how tight the lid is. For the price you would think that items are quality checked before they are sold to check for any easily identifiable imperfections such as major leaks.

We have to buy water to drink and it is the right size to carry comfortably and use it on the countertop for cooking and making coffee. I ordered more water tanks that came with the wrong connectors. You have a new faucet - a simple round blue faucet with a square white stem. The square shaft always leaks no matter what you do. Shitty design. Lost sales after they stopped sending me the correct faucet. I will never buy from them again.

The spout this came from is not the one originally advertised and is of terrible quality. It is clearly not intended for use with a container (the image on the side of the container shows the original pull-out spout, and the spout that comes with it is a very different color of blue). Seals: All seals are broken, weak and fragile. All have a defect on the outer corner. Looks like a mold problem. Maybe it is damaged when demoulded. It is solid white in a small area and has a small trim. Even the seal on the smaller faucet cap has the same type of defect including the extra seal they give you. Lid: The box is decent and sturdy, but the water inlet lid is slippery. The groves aren't as deep as some other models on the same Revain list. The lid needs to be held very tight if you
