This hat tap is made of latex, a kind of material which is more soft, comfortable and skin-friendly, different from ordinary foam. Package Includes: Comes with 24 pieces hat size reducing tape, 12 pcs of 5.9'' x 0.75'' x 0.12'' (15 x 1.9 x 0.3 cm), and 12 pcs of 5.9'' x 0.75'' x 0.2'' (15 x 1.9 x 0.5 cm). Ample quantity for at least 6 hats (best to use 2 to 4 pcs per hat). Two different thickness hat sizing tape can meet any shrinkage need for hats and caps of all different size.
