Great no frills cross training shoe

These shoes follow the size chart with enough room in the toe box for a medium to slightly wide foot. The low profile and durable outsole design seems to benefit lifting weights as my foot feels more stable than when I lift it in my running shoes.

Exactly as described and worth the price

This is my first pair of Reebok Nanos and they fit perfectly for my garage workout. The floor in my garage is a bit slippery and the grip is perfect! The sock is durable and perfect for any HIIT/Functional Fitness/Weightlifting/CrossFit style workout. I really believe in these shoes. IMO worth the price as I've worn other shoes that just didn't help with workouts that require a lot of foot shuffling and quick movements. These shoes offer support and stability. Excellent purchase!

As you can see I bought them and they were not promotional items that I received for review. I have a feeling this is the type of athletic shoe that may or may not fit your feet. The toe box is very wide - so wide that I think they fit both men and women. I had to look at the description again to make sure they were women's shoes and I'm still not sure. They are a bit heavy. The sole is completely flat at the bottom and relatively stiff but flares out on the sides so I find them stable when…
