Reef 🩴 Men's One Slide Sandals Review

Not the best Reef product, really. They are good, the insole is a single piece of extruded foam. There's plenty of support, a little more than I like (I have duck feet). My 14 year old loves them more than our (flatter) Tevas. The upper is synthetic and soft. It's very comfortable, but I'm not sure they drain well when wet. We use them to knock on the house and they are perfect for that. I bought 2 pairs and could use more.

Luckily I've passed the point of no return but as you can see they already have a rip/tear and are around 6 months old. I don't wear them every day so that's disappointing, especially from a company like Reef where you expect high quality.

I have a feeling they were incorrectly labeled as coming from Reef. The headline of the ad says "Male", the sticker on the bag says "Female" and the box tag says "Male". They are a bit small compared to other reefs I have so I think they are actually female. The fit is a bit tight but I only use it for showering so it's not a big deal.

Reef is a cool brand with a totally marine style. I'm wearing them right now. They are comfortable but too tight with socks, my wife laughs at me otherwise they are pretty cute. The upper part is sewn to the lower part with a double seam. Good protection on the bottom and no PVC. I've never considered PVC a problem, but I know it's best for sewer pipes. I wear a 12 but had to order the next available size in it.

I bought these to be part of the Big Lebowski Dude costume and they did a great job while I was just standing there and caucasian sipped. However, when I was just trying to walk down the street to a party, they wouldn't stay on my feet and every few steps I had to stop and reset my shoes to actually get my heel on.
