Enhanced Visibility: The Ultimate Construction Motorcycle with Reflective Features Review

I ordered L/XL to fit over bulky items (sweaters, coats) but the size tag says one size. It JUST fits my chest (a woman with a large bust). How can it be one size when I'm only 5ft tall and it ONLY fits me? It also came with a dirty stain on it. Pretty thin but does the job. Wine, but then again when I need another.

Perhaps my understanding of "designed for size L/XL" is different from that of the manufacturer. This should NOT be represented as L/XL unless you mean a large child or teenager. I wear a medium sized women's shirt and it's comfortable. He did not close at all over heavy clothing.

I bought a small/medium and wow it's big! I would definitely call it masculine large (would go with a men's L shirt, maybe not a sweatshirt or oversized coat).
