Review on Enhanced Visibility: The Ultimate Construction Motorcycle with Reflective Features by Carlos Deuschle

I bought a small/medium and wow it's big! I would definitely call it masculine large (would go with a men's L shirt, maybe not a sweatshirt or oversized coat). I also purchased the Small/Neiko High Visibility Neon Yellow Zipper Front Safety Vest with 2 Side Pockets, ASIN/ISEA Standard and it was exactly the size I was looking for for my 13 year old skinny tall son. This vest has velcro and doesn't seem to be very durable so I wouldn't recommend it for frequent use. However, for the price it does, it does a lot more than what most people would expect from a 'small/medium' device.
