Two people will install

A few years ago I bought a single trellis for my eldest son and I liked the quality so I bought two double twins that converted into two single beds became . They were easy enough together but the hardest part was putting them on top of the box spring and then adding the mattress which I struggled with myself. But once I figured out the first bed, the second worked in minutes. My 2.5 year olds are rough but they are very strong and sturdy. We often have them sleep in the same bed because theyโ€ฆ

Safety and security in rails and railings

I think this is a very safe and reliable bed rail system. Everything fits together well but I have antique beds and to be honest it wasn't that easy to install and set everything up. I regret that this is not an easy system. Making a bed is a pain, let alone taking it apart for washing and alterations. These are not bed rails that I would buy again for myself (for grandchildren) but I think they are very safe and reliable. Another nice feature is that 1 side can be folded up if desiredโ€ฆ

Not for kids who will lean on them all night or even part of the night.

Bought to convert my almost 3 year old son from a crib to a double bed. It was easy to assemble and install and seemed very sturdy. We installed it just 5 days ago. I literally didn't sleep after the transition. I kept checking the video monitor and often went into his room to change his position as he was constantly being pinned against the railing outside, much like what he was doing in his crib. Finally, early in the morning, the railing gave way and he fell out of bed. Luckily he wasn'tโ€ฆ

Doesn't fit the mattress snugly, but we're used to bed rails.

The guide is looser than I thought. You have to stretch often. It doesn't fit the mattress snugly, but we're used to sloping rails. However, it's not loose enough for a two-year-old to snag. I bought a longer one as the double bed is very long. I could have used a shorter one as we have nightstands next to the bed on each side and the suggested gaps barely fit. We need to put a stool at the end of the bed so that the baby can lie down on the bed. I've been thinking too long how to assemble itโ€ฆ

LOWER A TRY RAILS & BAIR GUARDS

I needed a rail for my daughter's bed. I had a problem with the rails because their bed is on a platform without a box spring. There is a small frame with edges in which the mattress sits. Where elbows bend on the railing, some of them were too thick and the mattress didn't fit. I needed one for each side. These worked! I'll say it's a committed fit, so I have to pull the top sheet in and pin the sides down the quilt. If you have a blanket, it may or may not fit. Your ceiling is thin so itโ€ฆ

Sturdy double track

It was easy to assemble but the instructions could have been a bit better. I could see how difficult it can be for someone to put this together. I think I'm pretty handy with putting things together and it was quite difficult for me to figure out which side for the bottom pieces I think the letter markings fell off (they should have been labeled A, B, C). I misplaced one side and had to take it off and then managed to hold the bars to hold the bars in place, luckily I managed to play aroundโ€ฆ

Happy with the purchase

Easy to assemble. I used mine with a queen bed and the straps still messed up a lot. We used them at my grandparents house and brought them home after we were done. The rails stood well in the car (easy to fit). For the most part, my kids do well in bed, but since this was their first time sleeping together in one big bed (since toddler grew up playing and styling) and grandparents have tiles, I didn't want to. fall for one of them and get hurt. The rails covered the entire length of the bedโ€ฆ
