Much easier to use than American brands

I grew up with Japanese plastic wrap. When I moved to the US 14 years ago, I was surprised at how tough plastic sheeting is to use here. I'm glad I can still get it from Revain now. That's a HUGE difference.

Pros
  • Health & Home
Cons
  • Available in white only

The best on paper and plastic

I live about a block from a very large Japanese grocery store. I bought this product on a whim. Not a single word of English on the whole package. Guess what? This is one hell of a product! Expensive but very, very good. I just wish it came in a broader role. As far as I can tell, 12 inches is the widest. I will never buy plastic wrap from any other manufacturer.

Pros
  • Disposable grocery store
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Ductwork. This film is thick, strong, tears easily, and is much easier to peel off when it's stuck to itself. It sticks firmly to the lid of the bowl AFTER you stretch and press it firmly against the bowl. It's expensive, but the best American packaging drives me crazy. My little need for sanity is worth the extra money. Also, I saw it as an adventure. Now that I've tried it, I'll buy it again. And no, there isn't a word of English on this box.

Pros
  • Paper and Plastic
Cons
  • Expensive
