Shelf/Hooks are great - attractive and useful. But the installation equipment - no. We had to replace all Molly bolts and screws. The cases are plastic and not strong enough so when tightening the screws the whole case turns and doesn't hold. Luckily we had spare parts to replace them.

Glad we were able to use this wall storage in our tiny master bathroom. This gave us space to store extra towels that used to be stored in the hallway bathroom cabinets due to lack of space. Easy to install and of course DO NOT use the included wall anchors. Always switch to Home Depot wall anchors that hold up to 50 pounds and you'll be happy in the long run.

This is a very practical product and well made. There are six screw holes to attach it to the wall and it comes with small screws and drywall zip ties. I would give it 5 stars if it came with two mounting points 16" apart so they could be mounted to wall studs. Hopefully it will be securely fastened with drywall fasteners. All in all a great product and very appealing. Stainless steel!

The appearance of this product is very beautiful and well made. Love the swing arm adjustment and all the hooks. Once installed with our own 70 pound anchors I expected it to be strong enough to hold empty bins on the shelf but it seems to be sagging under the light weight on the shelf. So don't expect to put items of any weight on the shelf. I would never put anything like glass or anything valuable on a shelf for display. This is the reason for my 4 star rating.

Great product! I bought two of these shelves almost half a year ago and wanted to see how they held up before writing a review. Today they are still like new and I use them constantly in both bathrooms. The finish goes very well with my other polished nickel metal pieces. The shelves are very stable and can easily hold a few towels and other things. I don't usually have to fold them, but I'm glad I have the opportunity. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!

Top bars unattached. The set screws were loose and had to be tightened once the bars were in place. There is an inscription on the metal in the hook area. It says "MADE IN CHINA" and the name of the manufacturer. i want it on my back We had to upgrade the suspension supports as they were too weak to support the heavy weight. Bought for the side of the linen closet to store detergent etc. Very sturdy and good looking, easy to install but the shelf was leaning against the wall until I put the pivot down. It didn't really matter, but I'm not sure how many people would want to play around with it. OTOH, tilt might not matter much for many applications, and at least items will slide toward the wall rather than to the side. As such, this is a very good shelf if you're a bit into mechanical stuff.

This is a good product but it could use some improvement. I used corkscrew dowels to attach the fixture to the wall, which I think should be included with this type of fixture. Additionally, the stainless steel finish is listed as polished. It's a really matte finish with two small metal screw caps that are closer to polished chrome.
