🧤 Review: Reinforced Goatskin Wells Lamont 1720M - Durability and Flexibility Combined! Review

After hanging them out in the open air in my shop for about 5 months, they gave off quite a strong odor when I first put them on. I had to air the car and then wash my hands. I don't expect a pleasant experience next time I use it. Once aired and eventually put into use, they wore out fairly quickly on thumbs and several fingers. On a positive note, they feel very comfortable and soft on my hands.

Wells Lamont goatskin work gloves have historically been my favorite work gloves (heavy farm work and fencing). They've been sold out for a while. Their goatskin gloves were historically sourced from Pakistan and were full grain (i.e. not split). Ok, very good gloves, but the fingers are 1/2 to 3/4 inch longer than my fingers (which works well with regular cowhide gloves). I hope they break in and fit better because at the moment I have to take them off to get something smaller than a screwdriver. Otherwise - nice leather, good stitching and comfort.
