Relaxzen Shiatsu Kneading Massage Shoulder Review

This is the BEST massager I've ever had! It definitely feels like a real massage, I think because of the four massage heads instead of two, and I feel warm, contrary to a few comments I've read. It massages as hard as you want, depending on how you position it and how far you lean against it. I'm really amazed and happy how well this works! In addition, a very comfortable arm length!

This massager was just amazing. My only complaint is that they don't have the full backing (which I found) and it doesn't stay on forever. I was back a little over a month ago, had pretty decent back and neck pain, and asked my husband for a daily massage. I got sick so I decided to give it a try. It really helped massaging a lot of the knots I had (daily) and helped relieve my pain!

Works great for the first month, then the rotating heads fail. Bought 2 of these (stupidly) hoping the second one would last longer, but did the same thing. Previously purchased a pillow massager which has worked great for almost a year but is almost out of production now. I thought this model had the same iron but no. I tried emailing the company about these issues but they never responded. Try another company (Snailax) and see if their products and customer service are better. Stop relaxing!
