Buy some mounts.

Very satisfied with the quality. Easy and quick to use. I bought two and mounted one on the Sony Bluetooth tripod handle and the other on a tripod. This greatly simplifies site setup. I plan to use this interchangeably with peak design panels.

Brilliant design well made but NOT compatible with Arca-Swiss

This is a fantastic little QR system with the original locking system but NOT compatible with Arca-Swiss. The plate will not fit in any of my Really Right Stuff Arca Swiss clamps, and none of my other Arca Swiss compatible plates will fit in this clamp. It's a shame because it's beautifully finished and very compact.

Unfortunately not compatible with Peak Design

Unfortunately does not work with Peak Design tripod or plates. This arc style plate is too small to mount securely on a Peak Design tripod. The clamp, on the other hand, is too small to squeeze the Peak Design arch plate into it. Almost, but not quite... The clip is good for the price, but not enough to tear me away from my Peak Design gear.

Good product, unreliable quality

Bought 2 of these and 1 "Strap". 1 of these came already used, opened with broken threads. If I hadn't checked my camera might have fallen and caused thousands of dollars in damage. For a security item, this is very annoying. Everything else is fine, seems solid. I used them very carefully after seeing the thread slip on one of them.

So this is on top of what you already have...

I received the unit and I was like, oh no, I can't do that. But yes, you screw it onto an existing device, not replacing an existing device. Knowing that it works great and has the ability to connect cables to it that the existing one doesn't have. If that doesn't make sense, you might have already figured out how it works. Suffice it to say that this most likely will not replace your existing base with a hearth, but will connect to an existing one...

This quick release plate lives on on my Sony A6400.

I bought a Falcam F38 system to install on my Manfrotto 502AH video head. Quick and easy installation of your Sony camera. The Falcam F38 quick release plate also works with the Ulanzi U-70 ball head which I also purchased separately, although the safety mechanism on the U-70 ball head plate will not work in a Falcam receiver without removing the tiny screws. That's the only downside as far as I can see. The Falcam F38 plate has lived on my camera frame since purchase and will likely remain so…
