I bought a Falcam F38 system to install on my Manfrotto 502AH video head. Quick and easy installation of your Sony camera. The Falcam F38 quick release plate also works with the Ulanzi U-70 ball head which I also purchased separately, although the safety mechanism on the U-70 ball head plate will not work in a Falcam receiver without removing the tiny screws. That's the only downside as far as I can see. The Falcam F38 plate has lived on my camera frame since purchase and will likely remain so for a while.
