not worth the price

I bought this because I was told that a warm salt bath for my feet would help with plantar hyperhidrosis. The salt bath helps, but I haven't noticed any difference between using it and plain Epsom salt. When used as directed, this bag is barely enough for 4 soaks. I can get 3 times the amount of plain Epsom salts at my local grocery store for 1/3 the price. I would recommend saving your money and just buying regular Epsom salts. This gives you relief and I love the smell. Don't forget to take the time to soak your feet in nice and warm water and add Epsom salts. :)
