This brace is very comfortable and does help with support and stability, but make no mistake, this brace has its limitations and will not allow you to participate in HIIT or other sports if you have significant structural damage to your knee, such as a partially torn MCL, ACL or meniscus. It works well. The 2 large straps do have a flaw. The Velcro piece is only attached with a small Velcro strip which failed almost immediately. I super glued them back on. Will probably have to sew it on at some point

I didn't get to wear it. When I received it I was trying it on and one of the straps being held on by a tiny strip of velcro came apart and it won't stay on so I can wear it. A waste of my money!

Recieved my knee brace 2 days early, and it is one of the best buys I have ever done for a knee brace. Comfortable, does not slip or move while walking or running. And feel no acking or pain while wearing the brace. We start up lawn services this Monday 4/27/2020 and this could not have come at a more perfect time. I bought different sizes for myself, mom & aunt since we all have knee problems, but they didn’t seem to work for any of us. My aunt couldn’t get it to stay up on her leg. For my issue it didn’t seem to keep me from moving my knee like I shouldn’t right now & my mom said it wasn’t comfortable to wear really. It did seem comfortable to me & I was able to keep it up on my knee, so it might for you, just didn’t for us.
