These squares are great. They are accurate and can be used for many things. I used them for clamping, adjusting power tool blades, sharpening planer knives, and marking perpendicular lines. Very handy to have in store.

so I took them to assemble my bedside table. Read the description. The manufacturer states that the tolerance is 1 mm per x inch. If I had seen this, I would not have bought it. I'll leave it for easier builds and maybe try to fix it later on the cross sled.

For the price this is a great buy. Don't check the center for the square where the shape starts, not the critical point, those are the outside edges. I've noticed that most of the negative complaints relate to these people checking the center and noting that they aren't square, but with these shapes you want to check the outside edge. But they are perfect for any carpenter.

Approximately correct as you can see the inside and outside angles are not exactly 90%. Not suitable if you intend to craft cabinets or precision drawers from exotic woods. Not the best value if you are looking for precision and accuracy in woodworking or furniture assembly. Very durable although this is not the main feature of this product. Must be accurate.

Functional and useful for gluing small boxes, boxes etc. Sizes are perfect for my typical application. Seems solid and boxy, at least close enough for my needs. The only complaint is that the labels attached to each branded unit basically fell right out of the box. Since they're just for show, why bother. This does not affect the work, but only gives the impression of poor quality.

All are 3/32" inside and out. If you are building a box 4x3/32 then this is a lot. This test was conducted using an incremental rectangular square with a guaranteed area of 0.001 square feet .I also put it on a square table, drew a line, flipped it over another line to find it came out 3/32". I make small jewelry boxes and shadow boxes, including picture frames, and they won't make square.

The first thing I did upon receipt was check the square. All inner and outer surfaces were bowl-shaped and curved. A few minutes on the belt sander and I removed the restraints. Mine were all square but I would have had to sand too much material to remove all the cups. These squares are heavy duty and good for general positioning, but aren't quite right for precision work. I wouldn't use them for picture frames without finishing them first. They're about what you'd expect for the price I think.
