After further communication with the support team, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The ink I ordered was reissued and works perfectly. I have no complaints and based on my second experience I would highly recommend InkTopia and the ink they provide. I look forward to doing business again soon. This is sold as remanufactured ink - I have a feeling these are refilled cartridges being sold as new. Anyway, the cartridge I bought wasn't even recognized by my printer. It was supposed to be the same model as my printer cartridges and said so on the label, but my printer kept reporting an error because it didn't recognize the cartridge after installation. Would give 5 stars for print quality except first page may be blotchy if you haven't printed in days. But once the black cartridge wakes up, the print quality is the best I've ever had with non-genuine cartridges. Colors are true/bright, no smearing. So far I'm very satisfied and recommend it as an excellent alternative to new Canon cartridges.

I thought it was a good product and cheaper than standard brands. However, it almost ruined my printer. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product. I spent almost a week cleaning the printer and clearing it of what was thought to be ink flow clogging the valves. I have returned the goods and offered not to put them up for sale. Find that one person can get by with occasional use, but a new printer costs me over $100. Thanks Revain for getting my money back.

The printer could not recognize this cartridge when it was installed in the printer. Absolutely useless. I waited too long (I waited until my current cartridge was completely empty) without thinking that these cartridges would not work. When I found out about this and looked for a return online, I missed the return date. Don't buy them, but if you try them right away, you'll lose your money.

I was thinking of trying a remanufactured cartridge to save some money but it was a mistake. I bought these cartridges about 45 days ago and only used them today. Color worked well, but black cartridges rarely printed. One line would be good, the next three lines would be blank, partially printed, or spotted.
