Bought this as a gift for my mum who had a bunch of VHS tapes. I couldn't find a VHS player so I looked for a combo. It was in good condition for a good price. He arrived on time. Only thing is they forgot the remote but it had a letter with a combo player that sent it. Came in 2 days. my mom loves it It was easy to connect. She is very happy and so am I.

There were no instructions so I don't know how to assemble it so I had it in the box for months. I plugged it in and eventually plugged it in but all I got was a blank screen. I researched the make and model to find setup instructions, but didn't go because I received a different remote than the one listed in the instructions. What a waste of money; almost three hundred dollars wasted.

DO NOT ADVERTISE! THIS WILL NOT WORK IN VCR OR DVD MODE. I PAID PANASONIC TSR TO CONFIRM THAT THE UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE. WE TAKE A FEW STEPS TO GET IT WORKING CORRECTLY AND IT FAILED. AT THAT MOMENT I AGREED TO SEND THE DEVICE BACK AND REFUND MY INVESTMENT. IT IS MY PERSONAL OPINION THAT AMAZON SHOULD NOT ACCEPT SUCH PRODUCTS FOR SALE. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I'VE ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE THE HARDWARE AND EACH TIME THE HARDWARE WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED. I FEEL AMAZON IS LOSSING CUSTOMER…
