I love that there is an option for users who want their comment left public or private, so they can choose what audience sees it! When you first sign up your profile doesn't include any of this information yet when trying edit/change details after signing in we are unable access our old info unless logged out - very frustrating especially if someone has used another account before us (and forgotten password) which means all previous edits have been lost forever!! I love that remark box is easy to use, it's not difficult at all! There are no ads or popups when using comment boxes so there's nothing distracting you from your work. It's very simple but works well for my purposes. Sometimes it takes awhile before I can see what people have said about my post because of how fast they type in their replies. Being able for me, my colleagues or our clients is very easy since I can upload files from anywhere using any device that has an internet connection (smartphone/tablet). The interface could be more user-friendly if they would add some features like tagging of articles which are useful when browsing through large amounts at one time without having all this data in your head anymore.
