Remington SP 94 Microscreen Replacement MicroScreen Review

I recently bought these replacements because there was a small hole in the screen and I was starting to bang my face cut. It happens to everyone but c'mon, this happened to me after using a shaver for a YEAR and this is the first time I've bought a replacement (shaver about 2 times a week). This is my third replacement in 10 years so the whole unit is not ashamed. The stock parts fit just right, but this replacement wants to pull a little, and that can make you pretty sore. You can help the stretch by slowing down the movements in some areas and changing the angle of your head in others. So if you don't want to buy a new razor, a replacement will work and can wear down to the point where it no longer pulls.

Remington SP-94 replacement blades are very sharp and cut fairly close to the skin - not as close as a manual razor, but I'm content with a close shave for one Shaving does not leave painful marks from a razor like hand razors do. I bought these hoping they would be the perfect replacement for worn out screens. They weren't to OE tolerances and I used super glue here and there to hold the screens in place. I liked the Remington razor as it worked with the original screens. I do not recommend these screens.

Removable screens slide out of the wing. The clips inside don't hold them. I don't know how to find another lid that they snap into.

Did not fit my MS3-1700 razor when the product description section of the ad clearly stated it was the correct item to order. Then it's only when you open the box and read the instructions that you find a comment from Remington that it ONLY matches another listing of razors that differs from the look of the box. This is the fault of Remington as well as the supplier who provided incorrect information in their product description.

This is not the same as what I received on my last order. The screen remover tool doesn't work and it's plastic garbage. It's still not necessary. Now the blades dangle when I try to clean them and fall off easily. It's time to break down and buy a modern razor.
