I have an old series R5 Remington Pivot and Flex Razor, a few years ago. None of the available interchangeable heads list this model at all anymore, although it's basically the same as the 5150 model that came after it. Attention! This replacement head is marketed as a "universal" replacement for Remington rotary razors. In fact, it only replaces the head on some recent models. Carefully read the list of genuine models that fit further in the ad and compare them to your own razor. If yours isn't on the list, it doesn't fit. I didn't look closely (I have a Remington R845) and now I have a useless but expensive spare head.

I bought these to replace the old ones because I found them getting boring. Well they actually cut worse than my old ones so I put the old ones back on. I'm not sure if it's fake but I'll buy a new razor instead. PS: I bought a new electric shaver. and cut well. Unfortunately, these replacement blades are cheap and useless, forcing me to buy a brand new razor.

It really fits my razor and works really well! But here's the story. I was at a family business in Washington state and forgot my Remington razor. However, I did find my dad's old razor, last used in 1987 or so. She did her job. It's amazing that it still works! Kudos to Remington and think how many straight razors you would be using in about 30 years, and Remington keeps cutting even after YEARS of service. GO REMINGTON! I
