They fit my granddaughter perfectly! She is a gymnast and needed something that could stretch and move like her. It was the right purchase decision!

I bought a size 14 based on her measurements hoping she would have room to grow. They are dense, roll up and stretch at the seams. A complete waste of money.

These training shorts are great. They are soft and stretch very well. They are thick enough not to show underwear. Good product.

I'm not that enthusiastic about the material. You are very thin. I was hoping for a thicker and "leggier" material, but I took a risk.

I bought them for my daughter for ballet and modern dance classes. She's more comfortable in shorts over a bathing suit, but they're tight enough for the teacher to see her hips and movements. A great addition to your dance wardrobe.

I don't know what some of these others consider "true to size" because they were HUGE! Rather women 7/8, NOT youth! I bought these for my daughter to play volleyball and they are not being worn! See also complete!

It's a lot smaller, my daughter is 11 and she is so tiny she easily fits in a size 8 shorts. I ordered 10-12 hoping she would have room to grow. She will easily need 14.

I have some issues with these shorts. A. They are black but the fabric is so thin you can see through your underwear. Problem B. You sit unconventionally. They seem small, but when they are, they are big. just waste. If you pull them up, nothing remains but a camel toe. So she's going to use them to sleep because I'm too lazy to give them back. and now i have to find new dance shorts.

The product was as advertised. The plastic thread used to gild the shorts on the hanger was folded in half and tucked into the waistband on 1 pair. The fabric has a small hole at this point. 1 end of the thread removed, but the second could not be removed without making the hole bigger and more visible. The product appears to be of high quality for the price.

My granddaughters love how they fit and feel. The downside is how transparent they are. Another material that does not show through would be more suitable.

They're see-through so you'll either have to double them up or make sure your kid wears nude or black underwear! But when worn under a dress or skirt, they will be gorgeous!

I have t-shirts for my girls to wear under shorts or school uniforms, especially on days when... girls need extra security. I took them a size smaller than they need and they do the job, but they are definitely thinner and thinner than I thought they would be. I wanted them to be more like spandex and the material is too thin. So far they are working but I know they will wear out sooner than I had hoped. But overall it's not a waste of time and will definitely work!

The description says 4 and there are only 3 in the package. Otherwise the 3 we made for my 6 year old fit. Seems to fit the size. I wish I had all 4 though.

Not worth the price I paid. Super thin fabric. I wouldn't let my daughter wear them under dresses because they show through, but I did let her wear them under her MMA uniform in case her pants got accidentally zipped.

I bought these shorts because my daughter needed new black shorts for her dance class. They fit her perfectly because she has very long legs and they are a good length. It is great! My daughter goes to a private school that requires these shorts to be worn under her sweater. I usually buy them at a uniform store. The ones in the uniform shop are very thick and get very hot. They are great, they are breathable and not that bulky! My daughter loved them! And the price for 4 is what I paid for 1 at the uniform store!

I bought this for my 8 year old to wear over a dance leotard. They're great for that, but they run small so they almost look like underwear when she starts to move a lot. Be sure to increase the size. She is 52 inches and 65 pounds (tall and skinny).

The size is exactly as stated in the description. The fabric is lightweight to stay cool, soft to the touch, not too long and not too short. Wash well... The 5-year-old granddaughter made an unsolicited comment about how much she loves these shorts she wears under her school uniform.

I will never buy this set again. They're very thin, so I don't expect long lifespans, although I wash my daughters' gym clothes very gently and hang dry. Personally I would also go up a size if you have a teenage girl. We bought my daughters a normal size and although they will fit when she gets a lot bigger they won't fit much longer. Now she uses them as a spare in our car in case we forget our gym clothes.

My daughter doesn't even try them on to see if they fit because they are completely unusable. They are literally as thin as tissue paper. I can understand that real "underwear" is thin, but these are the thinnest shorts I've ever seen in my life (I'm not exaggerating, I've never seen anything like it). tuck them under the dress you would see her underwear TRANSPARENTLY through them so what's the point?! Thank goodness for the free return, otherwise I would get angry.
