This foot steamer is very large. Comes nicely packaged and organized in a box. I was surprised at its size; However, in the end it was nice to have my feet in them without being cramped or restricted. The water tank is easy to fill and empty. While I wish the massagers could move or be automated instead of rolling my feet over them on their own, the heat and steam relaxed them once the machine warmed up, which took about 5 minutes. The product meets all the requirements and performs the specified functions. Warming up takes about 5 minutes. It gets really hot, after about 20 minutes I had to go from 3(max) to 2 and felt good. Plenty of room for my height 12ft. The casters are hand held and not the most relaxing for me but my wife loved them. I didn't try the herb feature as I didn't have anything on hand and the directions weren't entirely clear on exactly what to use. I guess you could even put some Epsom salts in there.
